Chef Robert Slack was trained in classical French cuisine at an
early age. Throughout the years, he honed his culinary skills
and expanded his creative flair under the tutelage of several
master chefs. He has crafted fine food in restaurants throughout
his native New York state, as well as across the southern United
States. He lives in northern Susquehanna County, PA,
