Reservations We're often asked, "Are reservations necessary?" Well, we are a small restaurant that proudly serves locally grown food. Reservations are not required, but we sure appreciate them - a call in advance is so helpful, as we prepare meals from scratch. Delicious, fresh cuisine takes care, patience, and time. Directions
Yes, we can be a little hard to find. Although we are right on Main Street (Route 29) in Montrose, we are not visible from the street - we're in an old carriage barn just behind the buildings on Main Street. From the light in the center of town, travel south on Route 29. You will pass The Inn at Montrose (on your left) and then see four houses right up against the street, also on your left. Immediately after the fourth house, you will see a gravel driveway with the "Summerhouse" sign on the left. Turn down that gravel drive... we are in the old carriage barn BEHIND those four buildings. |
